心理护理对重症监护室重症患者焦虑状态与睡眠质量的影响分析

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Anxiety State and Sleep Quality of Patients in Intensive Care Unit

目的:分析心理护理对重症监护室(ICU)重症患者焦虑状态、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年7月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九○九医院重症监护室进行治疗的重症患者74例作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组在常规护理方式上增加使用心理护理措施,比较2组患者的不良情绪、睡眠质量以及生命质量评分。结果:护理前,对照组与观察组数据比较差异无统计学无意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组精神健康、生理职能、情感职能以及躯体疼痛在内的生命质量评分均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在护理重症监护室重症患者期间,在以往常规护理措施基础上,采取心理护理有效改善患者的不良情绪,提升患者睡眠质量以及生命质量,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the impact of psychological care on the anxiety and sleep quality of critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit(ICU).Methods:This study focused on retrospective analysis of the treatment data of 74 critically ill patients who were treated in the intensive care unit of our hospital from March 2019 to July 2020.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group using the digital randomization method,37 in each group.The control group used conventional nursing methods,and the observation group added psychological nursing measures to the conventional nursing methods.The negative mood scores,sleep quality and quality of life scores of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mental health,physiological function,emotional function and physical pain in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the nursing of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit,taking psychological care measures on top of the previous conventional nursing measures can effectively improve the patients′unhealthy mood and improve the patients′sleep quality and quality of life.It is worthy of promotion.
