心理疏导联合延续护理模式对失代偿肝硬化患者睡眠质量的改善情况

Improvement of Sleep Quality in Patients with Decompensated Cirrhosis by Psychological Counseling Combined with Continuous Nursing

目的:分析心理疏导联合延续护理模式对失代偿肝硬化患者的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年6月谷城县人民医院消化内科收治的失代偿肝硬化患者76例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组给予延续护理,观察组给予心理疏导联合延续护理,比较2组护理效果。结果:干预后观察组的SAS评分和SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预1个月后、3个月后观察组的PSQI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予失代偿肝硬化患者心理疏导联合延续护理能够有效改善患者的心理状态和睡眠质量,具有推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of psychological counseling combined with continuous nursing mode in patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 76 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,38 cases in each group.The reference group was given continuous nursing,and the study group was given psychological counseling combined with continuous nursing.Results:After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the PSQI scores of the study group after 1 month and 3 months were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological counseling combined with continuous nursing can effectively improve the psychological state and sleep quality of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis,which is worthy of promotion.
