护理干预对产妇睡眠质量和产后出血的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality and Postpartum Hemorrhage of Parturient

目的:研究对产妇的临床护理中采用综合护理对其睡眠质量以及产后出血的干预效果。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年10月谷城县人民医院收治的产妇172例作为研究对象,按照简单随机化法分为对照组和观察组,每组86例。对照组给予常规产后护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较2组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组的护理1 d、3 d、7 d后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分以及SAS评分均低于对照组;观察组产后12 h、24 h的出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产妇产后给予综合护理干预,可有效减轻产妇的负性情绪及改善睡眠质量,减少产后出血量,值得借鉴。

Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on sleep quality and postpartum hemorrhage in clinical nursing of parturient.Methods:A total of 172 parturients who delivered in our hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and observation group by simple randomization method,86 cases each.The control group was given routine postpartum care,and the observation group was given comprehensive care.Results:After nursing,the PSQI and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 1st,3rd and 7th day of nursing,and the bleeding volume of the observation group at 12 h and 24 h after delivery was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the comprehensive nursing intervention after delivery can effectively reduce the negative emotion,improve the sleep quality and reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.
