优质护理对分子靶向药物治疗原发性肝癌不良反应患者生命及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of High-quality Nursing on Quality of Life and Sleep of Patients with Primary Liver Cancer complicated with Side Effects caused by Molecular Targeted Drugs

目的:探究优质护理对分子靶向药物治疗原发性肝癌不良反应患者生命质量及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年1月厦门市中医院收治的原发性肝癌不良反应患者58例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组29例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行优质护理。比较2组护理后的不良反应程度、生命质量[生命质量自评量表(GQOLI-74)]和睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]。结果:护理后观察组的轻度(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级)不良反应率显著高于对照组,GQOLI-74评分显著高于对照组,PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可显著减轻原发性肝癌分子靶向药物治疗不良反应患者的不良反应程度,提高患者生命质量和睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of high-quality nursing on the quality of life and sleep of patients with primary liver cancer complicated with toxic side effects caused by molecular targeted drugs.Methods:A total of 58 patients who suffered from toxic side effects of primary liver cancer in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 29 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing.Two groups′results were compared,including the degree of toxic side effects,life quality scores,measured by the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74),and sleep quality scores,measured by the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI).Results:The mild side effects(grade I to II)rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the observation group′s GQOLI-74 score was significantly higher,but the PSQI score significantly lower than that of the control group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing can significantly reduce the degree of toxic side effects of patients with primary liver cancer complicated with toxic side effects treated by molecular targeted drugs and improve patients′quality of life and sleep.
