妊娠期阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征诊治的初步分析

Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome During Pregnancy

目的:通过对60例妊娠期阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者进行分析,采用睡眠呼吸检测仪对患者进行睡眠时口鼻气流等的监测,随后分析具体效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月陵城区人民医院收治的妊娠期阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者60例作为研究对象,患者进行常规查体,主要包含咽喉部以及睡眠到夜间呼吸监测。结果:通过采用PSG检测仪进行检测,并对患者睡眠时的情况进行检测,主要包含睡眠延迟、阻塞性呼吸暂停次数、低通气指数、呼吸紊乱指数、最低血氧饱和度、最慢心率情况,轻度、中度、重度患者的呼吸综合征指数不同。结论:妊娠期睡眠呼吸综合征患者出现呼吸紊乱、低通气指数、血氧饱和度以及阻塞性呼吸暂停次数等具有明显相关性。

Objective:To analyze 60 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)during pregnancy,monitor the oral and nasal air flow during sleep with sleep breathing detector,and then analyze the specific effect.Methods:A total of 60 patients with sleep apnea syndrome were involved in this study.Patients underwent routine physical examination,mainly including throat and sleep to night breathing monitoring.Results:The PSG detector was used to detect the sleep condition of patients,including sleep delay,obstructive apnea,hypopnea index,respiratory disturbance index,lowest oxygen saturation,slowest heart rate,and the respiratory syndrome index of moderate,mild and moderate patients was different.Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between the occurrence of dyspnea,hypopnea index,blood oxygen saturation and the number of obstructive apnea.
