持续正压通气对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并牙周炎患者的治疗效果及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety of Continuous Positive Airway Pressure in Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome Complicated with Periodontitis

目的:分析持续正压通气(CPAP)对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)合并牙周炎患者的治疗效果及安全性。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年12月谷城县人民医院收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并牙周炎患者80例作为研究对象。按照患者就诊次序将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者予以常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上予以持续正压通气治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果及安全性。结果:观察组患者的牙槽骨高度、牙周袋深度、附着丧失数值,均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良事件发生率(2.5%)低于对照组(15%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在OSAHS合并牙周炎患者的临床治疗中采用持续正压通气治疗,能有效改善患者睡眠通气情况和牙周状况,治疗效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)complicated with periodontitis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with OSAHS complicated with periodontitis admitted to Gucheng County People′s Hospital from February 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of their hospital visits,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given continuous positive airway pressure treatment and routine treatment.The therapeutic effect and safety in the two groups were compared.Results:The alveolar bone height,periodontal pocket depth,and loss of attachment in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group(2.5%)was lower than that in the control group(15%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with OSAHS complicated with periodontitis,continuous positive airway pressure can effectively improve the patients′ventilation condition during sleep and periodontal status,which is worthy of promotion.
