系统性睡眠护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的影响研究

Effect of Systematic Sleep Nursing on Sleep Quality of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:分析系统性睡眠护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年12月广东省佛山市顺德区伍仲珮纪念医院收治的精神分裂症患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组中给予患者常规护理模式,而观察组则对患者实施系统性睡眠护理,在临床试验调研结束之后,比较2组患者护理满意度,包括PSQI评分。结果:观察组护理满意度要优于对照组,PSQI评分观察组比对照组理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于精神分裂症患者采取系统性睡眠护理的方式,能够有效提升患者的护理满意度,改善患者的睡眠质量,对于患者的睡眠质量有非常积极的作用,在临床上有重要应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of systematic sleep nursing on sleep quality of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:All the schizophrenic patients in our hospital were included into the trial according to the method of random number table.The patients were mainly divided into two groups randomly from June 18 to December 19,and the total number of patients was 80.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode,while the experimental group were given systematic sleep nursing.After the clinical trial investigation,the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group and the control group for nursing,including PSQI score,was compared.Results:The relevant results of statistics,the experimental group of patients after nursing satisfaction is better than the control group,PSQI score,the experimental group is also better than the control group,the existence of statistical results is a certain difference,also has statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:For patients with schizophrenia,systematic sleep nursing can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and improve the sleep quality of patients,which has a very positive effect on the sleep quality of patients,and has important clinical application significance.
