我国杜仲中药产业发展战略研究

Study on Development Strategy of Eucommia ulmoides Chinese Medicine Industry

杜仲药用历史悠久、健康价值独特、文化底蕴深厚、国际认可度较高,具有全产业链开发的潜力和独特的战略价值。当前我国杜仲产业既面临多重发展历史机遇,也存在潜在风险因素。由于产业缺少龙头大品种、大企业的牵引,相关产品的生产组织化和标准化程度相对较低、科技研究基础薄弱等现实问题制约了我国杜仲产业的发展。通过系统总结我国杜仲产业基本状况,综合含杜仲中成药大品种科技竞争力分析、杜仲医药健康领域相关专利数据分析、杜仲医药科技文献数据分析及实证分析,透视我国杜仲中药产品、技术、人才、资本、企业分布等产业现状,开展杜仲产业优势、劣势、机会、威胁(SWOT)分析,进而有针对性地提出促进我国杜仲产业发展的思路、策略及政策建议。

Eucommia ulmoides has a long history,unique health value,profound cultural heritage and high international recognition,which has the potential of whole industry chain development and unique strategic value.At present,E.ulmoides industry in China is faced with multiple historical opportunities and a series of serious potential risk factors.Due to the lack of leading large varieties and large enterprises in E.ulmoides industry,the production organization and standardization degree of E.ulmoides related products are relatively low,and the scientific and technological research foundation of E.ulmoides is weak,which restricts the development of E.ulmoides industry in China.This paper systematically summarizes the basic situation of E.ulmoides industry in China,including the analysis of scientific and technological competitiveness of large varieties of E.ulmoides Chinese patent medicine,patent data analysis of E.ulmoides medical health field,and literature data of E.ulmoides medical science and technology literature,combined with empirical analysis method,perspective the industrial status of E.ulmoides Chinese medicine products,technology,talents,capital,enterprise distribution,etc.,and expand the production of E.ulmoides Chinese medicine strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats(SWOT)analysis of the industry.And then put forward the ideas,strategies and policy recommendations to promote the development of Chinese E.ulmoides industry.
