青藏高原及其毗邻地区川贝母类药材的资源调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的:摸清青藏高原及其毗邻地区川贝母类药材的野生资源和栽培资源现状,为川贝母类药材的资源保护、人工种植、质量控制、合理用药等提供参考。方法:通过文献调查、走访调查、市场调查及路线调查对青藏高原及其毗邻地区的贝母属植物的种类和川贝母类药材资源进行调查。结果:青藏高原及其毗邻地区的贝母属植物形态复杂、种类众多,初步调查到8种1变种。川贝母类药材主要来自野生品,基原复杂,环境破坏和人为过度采挖造成了资源量锐减。目前,人工栽培未能有效缓解供求困境。结论:应从政府引导管控、产业健康发展、深入科学研究等角度对青藏高原及其毗邻地区的贝母属植物进行合理保护、永续利用和栽培资源评价,提出控制药材质量的方法,保证用药安全、有效。 Objective:Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus mainly comes from wild and the complex origin of the medicinal materials.Because of the environmental disruption and artificial over-exploitation has caused the resource destroyed and wasted,artificial culture has not been alleviating the supply and demand predicament up till the present moment.The study is aimed to figure out of wild and cultivated resources of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus on Tibetan plateau and its adjacent regions,and provides suggestions for it′s resources protection,artificial cultivation,quality control and rational use of drug.Methods:In this paper,a survey has been made for species identification and resources investigation on Tibetan plateau and its adjacent regions′s Fritillary by literature survey,interview and investigation,market research and route investigation.Results:There should be much difficulty in differentiating species from Fritillary on Tibetan plateau and its adjacent regions,through initial investigation,there is Fritillary about 8 varieties and 1 variety.Conclusion:We must protect reasonably,permanent utilization and evaluating cultivated resources assessment from the government control,sound development of planting industry and expansion of research Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus,moreover,put forward the methods of quality control,and objective to effectively control the quality.
