摘要
学生评教是高校为了改善教师教学、提升人才培养质量而开展的一项工作,而在实际开展过程中,却出现了目的异化、功能异化、时效性异化、主体和对象异化、指标体系异化、评价过程异化等问题。从高校学生评教异化的表现入手,分析其异化的原因,并提出相应的解决办法,希望学生评教能够回归本质,切实促进高校教学质量和人才培养质量的提升。
Students’evaluation of teaching is a work carried out in colleges and universities to improve the teaching level of teachers and enhance the quality of talent training.However,in the actual process,there are some problems such as the alienation of purpose,function,timeliness,subject and object,index system,evaluation process and so on.Starting from the manifestations of the alienation of college students’evaluation of teaching,this paper analyzes the reasons for alienation and puts forward the corresponding solutions.It is hoped that students’evaluation of teaching can return to the essence and effectively promote the quality of teaching and talents training in colleges and universities.
