课程目标达成度评价目标值计算方法——面向工程教育专业认证

Calculation Method of Evaluation Target Value for the Achievement Degree of Curriculum Objectives:For Engineering Education Professional Certification

课程目标达成度评价是工程教育认证中对以学生学习效果为产出的重要定量的客观评价,但各高校对所采用的评价目标值存在争议,缺乏科学性和合理性。针对这些问题,基于总体渐进正态分布假设,通过构造新的统计量,将求累积分布问题转化为求分位数问题,计算得到课程目标达成度评价的目标值。从误差、实际评价效果两个角度,对比分析并验证了目标值计算方法的合理、有效,这对解决课程目标达成度评价目标值的合理性和科学性问题具有重要意义。

The evaluation of achievement degree of curriculum objectives is an important quantitative objective evaluation of students’learning effect in engineering education certification.However,various universities have disputes over the evaluation target value adopted,which lacks scientificity and rationality.In response to these problems,this paper transforms the problem of solving cumulative distribution into solving quantile statistics based on the assumption of global asymptotic normal distribution,and constructs new statistics,so as to calculate the target value of curriculum objective achievement evaluation.The rationality and efectiveness of calculation method of target value are comparatively analyzed and verified from the aspects of error and actual evaluation effect,which is of great significance to solve the problem of rationality and scientificity of evaluation target value of achievement degree evaluation.
