“医学免疫学”课程教学改革初探

Preliminary Reform and Exploration of Teaching Forms in“Medical Immunology”Courses

根据“医学免疫学”课程的特点,结合医学类专业的实际情况,对教学方法和形式进行了改革探索,采用“雨课堂”、微课、“问卷星”、课程群等多种形式充实与拓展课堂教学。医学免疫学作为一门实验性学科,合理的安排实验课内容,可以让学生理论联系实际,加深对理论的理解。医学实践表明,“医学免疫学”课程教学改革全方位地提高了学生的学习积极性,增强了学生对“医学免疫学”课程的学习兴趣,培养了学生的创新精神。

According to the characteristics of“Medical Immunology”course and the actual situation of the professional teaching in the medical specialty,the methods and forms of the teaching are reformed and explored.The classroom teaching is supplied and expanded by various teaching forms such as“Rain Classroom”,micro-lecture,“questionnaire star”and course group.In teaching Immunology,an experimental subject,reasonable arrangement of students’experimental course content can make students integrate theory with practice and deepen their understanding of the theoretical content.The practice shows that the preliminary reform and exploration of teaching forms of medical immunology have comprehensively improved students’enthusiasm in learning,enhanced their interests in“Medical Immunology”courses and trained their innovation spirit.
