研究生教育质量评价体系的探析

Analysis on the Evaluation System of Postgraduate Education Quality

高质量的研究生教育是科教兴国和人才战略的重要内容,而监管机制的完善则是我国成为研究生教育强国的重要保障。对我国研究生教育质量评价体系进行研究,针对现有研究生教育质量评价体系的不足,提出了建立新型研究生教育质量评价体系的设想,从中发现影响研究生教育质量的因素,从而均衡政府、学校和社会三方面评价的比例,为研究生培养提供了反馈与指导。新型研究生教育评价体系能够使学生的科研水平有一定的提升,使学生拥有更好的自主创新意识,从而推动高校科研水平的提升。

High-quality postgraduate education is an important part of the national strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and talents,and the improvement of the regulation mechanism is an important guarantee for China to become a powerful country in postgraduate education.The paper studies the evaluation system of postgraduate education quality in China.In view of the shortcomings of the current postgraduate education quality evaluation system,it puts forward the idea of establishing a new type of postgraduate education quality evaluation system,and discovers the factors affecting the quality of postgraduate education,so as to balance the evaluation proportion of government,school and society,which provides feedback and guidance for postgraduate cultivation.The new evaluation system of postgraduate education can improve students’scientific research level to a certain degree,enable students to have a better sense of independent innovation,and promote the progress of scientific research level of colleges and universities.
