Discussion on Cultivation Mechanism of Postgraduate Scientific Research Competition from the Perspective of Innovation:Taking Hangzhou Dianzi University as an Example

创新能力是国家经济和社会发展的关键力量,2020年全国研究生教育会议强调了研究生创新能力的培养。高校如何提升研究生的创新意识、思维和能力是研究生质量培养的核心。以研究生科研竞赛为切入点,分析竞赛之于创新能力的意义,并提出行之有效的竞赛培养方案,从平台搭建到鼓励政策再到专业团队建设,分析其实践成效,探讨竞赛机制下创新能力和培养质量的提升,为各高校进一步加强研究生教育提供借鉴。

Innovation ability has become the key force of national economic and social development.The 2020 National Conference on Graduate Education emphasizes the cultivation of postgraduates’innovation ability.How to improve the innovation consciousness,thinking and ability of postgraduates is the core of postgraduate quality training.Starting from the postgraduate scientific research competition,this paper analyzes the significance of the competition to the innovation ability,and puts forward effective competition training scheme.From the platform construction to the incentive policy and professional team construction,it discusses the practical effects and explores the quality improvement under the innovation ability and competitiveness cultivation mechanism,which provides a reference for universities to further strengthen postgraduate education.
