磁热双重响应纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)/环氧树脂复合材料的形状记忆性能

摘要 以形状记忆环氧树脂EP5-60%为基体,掺杂改性磁性Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子,制备了一系列磁和热双重响应纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)/环氧树脂形状记忆复合材料。红外测试表明,KH550成功改性了磁性Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子,DSC测试确定热响应回复温度为80℃。当改性磁性Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子质量分数为7%时,Fe_(3)O_(4)-7%/EP5-60%复合材料力学性能最佳,拉伸强度为29 MPa、断裂伸长率为37.3%。弯曲回复测试Fe_(3)O_(4)-7%/EP5-60%热响应形状记忆性能,其热响应形状记忆固定率(Rf)为99%,回复率(Rr)为97.9%。录像法记录Fe_(3)O_(4)-7%/EP5-60%磁响应形状回复过程时,25 min内能回复形变,磁响应回复率为93.3%。以上结果表明,利用Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子的磁性,通过改性并控制好掺杂含量,可以制备性能较好的磁和热双重响应的纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)/环氧树脂形状记忆复合材料。 A series of nano Fe_(3)O_(4)/epoxy shape memory composites were prepared by doping magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles with shape memory epoxy resin EP5-60%as matrix.Infrared test shows that the magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles were successfully modified by KH550,and the thermal response recovery temperature is 80℃measured by DSC.When the mass fraction of modified magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles is 7%,the mechanical properties of Fe_(3)O_(4)-7%/EP5-60%composite are the best,the tensile strength is 29 MPa and the elongation at break is 37.3%.The thermal response shape memory properties of Fe_(3)O_(4)-7%/EP5-60%were tested by bending recovery test.The thermal response shape memory fixing ratio(Rf)is 99%,and the recovery ratio(Rr)is 97.9%.The shape recovery process of Fe_(3)O_(4)-7%/EP5-60%magnetic response was recorded by video recording method.The deformation can be recovered within 25 min,and the recovery ratio of magnetic response is 93.3%.The above results show that the Fe_(3)O_(4)/epoxy shape memory composites with good magnetic-thermal dual response can be prepared by using the magnetic properties of Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles and controlling doping content.
