基于计划行为理论的农户主观认知对土地流转行为影响机制研究

Influencing Mechanism of Farmers’Cognition on Land Transfer Behavior Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior

研究目的:分析农户主观认知对土地流转行为的影响,并揭示这种影响的形成机制,从而提出推动土地流转的政策建议。研究方法:结构方程模型。研究结果:(1)依据计划行为理论框架,可将农户的认知显化为行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制三方面,他们共同影响了农户的土地流转行为;(2)农户土地流转行为是综合了流转意愿与事实行为的概念,可分为流转与非流转行为两大类;(3)行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制三类外援潜变量会对农户土地流转行为产生显著的正向影响,其中行为态度的影响程度最强;(4)在三类外援潜变量的可观测变量中,就业情况、经济收入、亲友支持、已流转者示范效应、政策扶持、流转难度是农户参与流转的重要影响因素,并发挥着显著的正向影响。研究结论:现阶段农户主要依据经济利益、关系亲密社会成员的态度和交易成本来判段是否参与土地流转,推动土地流转应尊重农户的认知重点。

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the mechanism of farmers’cognitive on land transfer behavioral.The methods of structural equation model(SEM)were employed in this paper.The results show that:1)farmers’cognition can be divided into three aspects according to the theory of planned behavior,i.e.,attitude towards the behavior,subjective norm and perceived behavioral control,which affect the land transfer behavior.2)Farmers’land transfer behavior is a combination of the concept of willingness and de facto behavior,which can be broadly divided into two categories of transfer and nontransfer behavior.3)The three types of external aid latent variables have significant positive effects on the land transfer behavior of farmers.4)Among the observable variables of the three types of external aid latent variables,job opportunities,economic income,support from relatives and friends,demonstration effect of those already conducting land transfer,policy support,and difficulty of land transfer are important factors of land transfer behavior.In conclusion,economic interest,the attitudes of intimate social members towards land transfer and transaction costs affect the decision-making of farmers on land transfer,and thereby,the improvement of land transfer policy should pay attention to the cognitive pattern of farmers.
