摘要
以二茂铁吡嗪环钯氯桥连二聚体1为原料制备单核含氯环钯加合物2-3,进一步经卤素交换反应得到含碘离子的氮杂环卡宾(NHCs)-二茂铁吡嗪环钯化合物4-5,用质谱、核磁共振和单晶X-衍射对其结构进行表征.研究这类NHCs—环钯化合物在Suzuki反应中的催化活性,结果表明,NHCs-环钯化合物可高效催化溴代芳基邻二胺与芳基硼酸的Suzuki反应.该催化体系提供了一个有效制备联芳基邻二胺的合成方法.
Two N-heterocyclic carbene(NHC)adducts of cyclopalladated ferrocenylpyridine containing iodine anion 4-5 were prepared from the bridge-splitting reaction of the palladacyclic dimer 1 with imidazoliums and anion exchange reaction of NaI with 2-3,respectively.They were characterized by MS and NMR.Additionally,the detail structures of these complexes were determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis.The use of these complexes as catalysts for Suzuki reaction was also investigated.They were found to be very efficient for Suzuki reaction of bromoaryl-1,2-diamine with arylboronic acids.This protocol provides an efficient access to a variety of substituted 4-biaryl-1,2-diamine.
