一种新型压迫止血器械研制及其结构仿真分析

摘要 目的:研制一种用于腹股沟部位压迫止血的新型压迫止血器械,满足战时或灾难中伤员救治的需要。方法:针对压迫止血器结构进行计算机辅助设计(CAD)制图建模,借助计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析技术对压迫止血器结构进行静力学分析,根据变形和应力分布情况,为其形状和尺寸优化分析提供可靠依据。结果:为压迫止血器实际工程应用提供参考依据,籍此设计出拆装便捷、操作简单、能有效提高救治时效性的专用型医疗器械,提升了产品开发效费比。结论:CAD与CAE技术作为一种研发新产品、新技术的科学手段,其特殊的试验技术,对于设计工作中提升产品性能、提高设计效率起到了积极的推动作用。 Objective:To develop a new type of compression hemostat that could be used in hemostasis with compression at groin so as to meet the requirement of rescuing wounded persons in war or disaster.Methods:Aimed at the structure of compression hemostat to establish model by using computer aided design(CAD).The computer aided engineering(CAE)analysis technique was used to implement statics analysis for the structure of compression hemostat.The deformation and the stress distribution were used as the reference to provide basis for the optimization analysis of shape and size of this device.Results:This paper could provide references for actual engineering application of compression hemostat.Depended on these references,a special use type of medical device with convenient disassembly and assembly and simple operation,and that could effectively improve timeliness in rescue,and the cost–effectiveness ratio of product development was further increased.Conclusion:As a scientific mean that can be used to develop new product and new technique,the special experimental technique of CAD and CAE plays positive promotion effect for improving product performance and increasing design efficiency in design work.
