多功能红外光谱治疗仪治疗压力性损伤研究

Analysis of the application of multifunctional infrared spectrum therapeutic instrument in patients with pressure ulcer

目的:研究湿敷法联合多功能红外光谱治疗仪治疗压力性损伤的临床效果。方法:选择124例居家压力性损伤患者,按照年龄从小到大编号,将编号奇数者纳入对照组,偶数者纳入观察组,每组62例。对照组采用湿性敷料治疗;观察组采用湿性敷料联合多功能红外光谱治疗仪治疗,比较两组患者的疮面肉芽组织生长情况、治疗有效率、损伤局部水泡吸收时间、换药次数、疼痛程度、生活质量以及瘢痕发生率和平均瘢痕面积。结果:治疗两周后,观察组疮面肉芽组织生长情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.056;P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,瘢痕发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.159,χ^(2)=5.636;P<0.05);观察组损伤局部水泡吸收时间与压力性损伤愈合时间明显缩短,换药次数减少,视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分降低,差异有统计学意义(t=9.456,t=10.109,t=3.372,t=2.293;P<0.05);观察组平均瘢痕面积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.395,P<0.05)。较高的生活质量和不同分期的患者对联合法的满意度均较高,差异无统计学意义。结论:多功能红外光谱治疗仪在压力性损伤患者的治疗中能够加快创面愈合,提高患者生活质量,降低瘢痕的发生率,其治疗效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of wet dressing combined with multifunctional infrared spectrum therapeutic instrument in treating pressure ulcer.Methods:124 patients with pressure ulcer at home were selected as the research objects,and they were assigned number as their ages from small to large.The patients with odd number were divided into control group and who with even number were divided into observation group,with 62 cases in each group.The patients of control group and observation group were treated with wet dressing and wet dressing combined with multifunctional infrared spectrum therapeutic instrument respectively.The growth situation of granulation tissue of skin ulcer,effective rate of therapy,absorption time of local blister of injury,the times of changing fresh dressing for wound,the degree of pain,quality of life,the incidence of scar and the average scar area between two groups were compared.Results:After two weeks with treatment,the growth of granulation tissue of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(Z=-3.056,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the effective rate of therapy of observation group was higher and the incidence of scar of observation group was lower,and the differences of them between two groups were significant(χ^(2)=4.159,χ^(2)=5.636,P<0.05).And the absorption time of local blister of injury and the healing time of pressure ulcer of observation group were significantly shortened,and the times of changing medicine and the score of visual analogue scale(VAS)of observation group were reduced,and the differences of them between two groups were significant(t=9.456,t=10.109,t=3.372,t=2.293,P<0.05).In addition,the average scar area of observation group was significantly smaller than that of control group(t=6.395,P<0.05).The satisfactions of patients with higher life quality and different staging were higher for the combination method,while the difference of that between stage 2 and stage 3 was no significant.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with pressure ulcer,the multi-functional infrared spectrum therapeutic instrument can accelerate the healing of wound,and improve the life quality of patients,and reduce the incidence of scar.And it has significant curative effect.
