摘要
目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控中空气消毒机在医院血透室的应用效果。方法:采用空气沉降法,对空气消毒机在动态和静态条件下的空气进行菌落检测,评价细菌菌落数等消毒效果。结果:相同实验条件下,打开空气消毒机的细菌菌落数检测结果为0~2 CFU/5 min皿在正常数值范围(≤4 CFU/5 min皿)内或较空气消毒机关闭状态时有所减少,而关闭空气消毒机的细菌菌落数检测结果>4 CFU/5 min皿,为正常值偏高或超标。结论:合理使用空气消毒机可以在一定程度上减少空气细菌菌落数,改善血透室的空气质量,在新冠肺炎疫情下对于血透室的正常运转具有实用价值。
Objective:To explore the application effect of air disinfection machine of hemodialysis room in the prevention and control of COVID-19 pandemic.Methods:Air sedimentation method was used to test the bacterial colony count of air under the dynamic and static states of air disinfection machine and to evaluate the disinfection effect by bacterial colony count.Results:Under the same experimental conditions,the test result of bacterial colony count was(0-2 CFU/5 min dish),which was within the normal range(≤4CFU/5min dish)or was less than that when the air disinfection machine was shutdown state,when it operated.And the test result was(>4CFU/5min dish)when the air disinfection machine was closed,which was higher than normal value or exceeded standard.Conclusion:The rational use of air disinfection can reduce the number of bacterial colony and improve the air quality of hemodialysis room to a certain extent.It has practical value for the normal operation of the hemodialysis room under the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic.
