“天玑”骨科手术机器人工作原理与质量控制检测 被引量:8

摘要 基于“天玑”骨科手术机器人的结构组成、运动轨迹规划和导航功能特点,分析其潜在风险点,选择机器人电气安全参数和机械臂运动轨迹精确度作为关键质量控制检测参数,并应用电气安全检测仪等检测工具进行质量控制检测。根据选定的骨科手术机器人质量控制检测参数,设计一套涵盖骨科手术机器人外观、功能以及电气安全等方面的质量控制检测表。通过建立“天玑”骨科手术机器人质量控制体系,使临床操作者掌握其实时运行状态及相关性能参数情况,根据质量控制检测结果进行校准维护,以保证手术的质量与安全。 The potential risk points of TIANVI orthopedically surgical robot were analyzed,and the electric safety parameters of robot were selected on the basis of the characteristics included structural composition,the plan of motion curve and navigation function.And the precision of motion curve of mechanical arm was used as the test parameter of key quality control(QC).And the testing tool included electrically safe detector and so on was applied to implement QC test.According to the chosen QC test parameters of orthopedically surgical robot to design a QC test scale which covered appearance,function,electrical safety and other aspects of orthopedically surgical robot.The established QC system of“TIANVI”orthopedically surgical robot can help clinical operator to grasp the real-time operation situation and the related performance parameter of that and to implement calibration and maintenance according to the QC test results so as to ensure the quality and safety of surgery.
