人工智能技术的日益成熟和广泛普及,势必会对无人机现职军官的培养模式产生巨大的冲击。从构建智能化、个性化教育方式、提升师生人工智能素养以及建立动态化的评价体系3个方面对无人机现职军官的培训方式进行研究,以达到提高教学质量,提升学员岗位任职能力的目的。

The growing maturity and widespread popularity of artificial intelligence technology is bound to have a huge impact on the training mode of the uav serving officers.This article researches the training methods of unmanned military officers from three aspects:constructing intelligent,personalized education,improving the intelligence literacy of teachers and students,and establishing a dynamic evaluation system,in order to meet the goals of the times and improve the service ability of serving officers.
