木竹材气/液体渗透性测试装置的设计及仿真模拟辅助教学

摘要 为了解决当前木竹材气/液体渗透性测试装置在实验教学过程中存在的操作烦琐、待测试件尺寸制约和数据可靠性较差等问题,自主开发了一套可以简单、准确、方便测试木竹材气/液体渗透性的装置,并应用于木材专业实验教学,同时设计了基于木竹材内流体渗透规律研究的Fluent仿真模拟辅助教学。实践表明,自制的简单实验装置及Fluent仿真模拟的使用,在木竹材气/液体渗透性测试实验课程中,大大提高了学生的学习效率和兴趣,能够让学生快速理解装置测试基本原理并能轻松掌握制样和装置操作过程,同时通过仿真模拟深刻理解木竹材内部孔结构差异与渗透性能关系,取得了显著效果。 In order to resolve the complicated operation,size restriction of sample and relatively poor reliability problems in the experimental teaching of gas/liquid permeability testing device for wood/bamboo,a simple,accurate and convenient device was designed.In addition,Fluent simulation was also adopted to assist it.The result shows study efficiency and interest of students in the experimental teaching of gas/liquid permeability testing were greatly improved due to the application of homemade gas/liquid permeability testing device and Fluent simulation.Students could not only understand permeability testing fundamentals quickly,but also grasp the operational key of testing easily.Meanwhile,Fluent simulation is benefit for students to have a deep understand in the relationship between wood/bamboo structure and permeability ability.It has achieved remarkable results.
