Exploration and Practice on Opening and Sharing of Large-scale Instruments and Equipments

以西北农林科技大学为例,以国有资产管理部门登记的基本信息为主要依据,以开放共享为主要内容,简要介绍了大型仪器设备开放共享现状,分析了大型仪器设备开放共享运行中存在的3个主要问题,提出了建设公共实体平台模式和建立开放共享长效机制等建议对策。

This paper illustrated by the Case of Northwest A&F University,based on the Data of the Division of State Assets.Thought the Content of the Opening and Sharing of Large-scale Apparatus and Equipments.A Brief Introduction of present situation of large-scale apparatus and equipments.We analyzes three major difficulties that currently restrict the opening and sharing of large-scale apparatus and equipments in universities.The public physical platform mode and the long-term mechanism are put forward here to solve the difficulties of opening and sharing of large-scale apparatus and equipments in universities.
