新工科背景下“3+1”应用型人才培养模式探索与实践——以机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例 被引量:5

摘要 为拓宽人才培养渠道,实践多样化人才培养模式,山西大同大学与中国重汽大同齿轮厂签订协议,实施"3+1"人才培养模式。为了解该模式的有效性,以2017年和2018年参加实践学习的学生为样本,展开深入调查,重点关注实施过程中存在的问题和不足,为后续推进教学改革、创新人才培养模式提供有力支撑。调查结果显示,"3+1"人才培养模式实施过程中存在一定问题,需不断改进和完善,但学生总体满意度较高,取得了丰厚的实践学习成果,证明了以实践为根本的应用型人才培养方向的正确性。 In 2017,there is an agreement Shanxi Datong university with China National Heavy-Duty Truck Group Datong Gear Co.,LED to implement the"3+1"models of talents-cultivating.In order to understand the effectiveness of this model and evaluate it,an in-depth investigation and research was carried out among the students who participated in practical learning in 2017 and 2018.It focuses on the problems and deficiencies in the implementation process,to provide strong support for the subsequent promotion of teaching reform and innovative talent training.The survey results show that there are some problems in the implementation of the"3+1"models of talents-cultivating,which need to be constantly improved.However,the overall satisfaction of students is high,which fully shows that the practice-oriented application-oriented talent training is the right direction.
