基于创新创业教育的应用型大学人才培养路径探析——以西安航空学院为例

Analysis on Talent Training Path of Application-oriented Universities Based on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education:Taking Xi’an Aeronautical Institute as an Example

以西安航空学院为例,研究基于创新创业教育的应用型大学人才培养路径,为应用型大学人才培养提供借鉴。分析了应用型大学创新创业教育现状;从师资力量、硬件条件配套、项目资金支持等方面论述了应用型大学创新人才培养面临的挑战与机遇。研究提出创新人才培养的路径与措施在于价值引领,强化创新创业思维与认识,以创新竞赛为牵引,利用行业资源,形成基于创新创业项目"全周期"的人才培养模式。

The cultivation of high-quality applied talents cannot be separated from innovation.Taking Xi’an University of Aeronautics as an example,the talent training path of application-oriented universities based on innovation and entrepreneurship education is studied,and providing reference for talent training of application-oriented universities.Firstly,the status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in applied universities is analyzed.Secondly,the challenges and opportunities of innovative talent training in application-oriented universities are discussed in terms of teachers,hardware requirements,project funding and etc.The path and measures for the cultivation of innovative talents are proposed with value guidance,strengthening the thinking and understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship,taking innovation competition as the lead,and using industry resources to form a talent cultivation model based on the"Full Cycle"of innovation and entrepreneurship projects.
