Exploration of UAV Operator Training Mode

近年来无人机技术发展迅猛,无人机的应用越来越广泛,但国内无人机操控员培养体系发展相对迟缓,导致无人机操控人才短缺。在概述美军无人机操控员培养模式和训练方法的基础上,对我国无人机操控员的培养模式和训练方法进行了探索和研究。

In recent years,UAV technology is developing rapidly,and the application of UAVs is becoming more and more widespread,but the development of the UAV operator training system is relatively slow,resulting in a shortage of UAV control personnel.Based on an overview of the training mode and training methods of U.S.military UAV operators,the training mode and training methods of UAV operators in China are explored and studied.
