桂枝汤加减联合西药治疗慢性心衰的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of Guizhi decoction combined withWestern medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的探究桂枝汤加减联合西药治疗慢性心衰的临床效果。方法选取2016年12月至2019年12月本院收治的128例慢性心衰患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组64例。对照组给予单纯西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予桂枝汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能改善效果、治疗后运动耐力指标、中医证候积分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.88%,明显高于对照组的85.94%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组心功能指标比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组LVEDD、LVESD均低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组6MWT、力竭时间、最大功率、VO_(2max)运动耐力指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项中医证候积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂枝汤加减联合西药治疗慢性心衰临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者的心功能和运动耐力情况,降低中医证候积分,缓解临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guizhi decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods 128 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine alone,and the observation group was treated with Guizhi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the effect of improving cardiac function before and after treatment,the indexes of exercise endurance after treatment,and the scores of TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than 85.94%in the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,the difference in cardiac function indexes between the two groups was not statistically significant;after treatment,LVEDD and LVESD of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the 6MWT,exhaustion time,maximum power,and VO_(2max) exercise endurance indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of various TCM syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Guizhi decoction combined with Western medicine has significant clinical effect on the treatment of chronic heart failure.It can effectively improve the patient's cardiac function and exercise endurance,reduce TCM syndrome scores,and relieve clinical symptoms.It is worthy of clinical application.
