吉西他滨联合化疗治疗晚期胰腺癌的疗效观察

The effect of gemcitabine combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer

目的探讨吉西他滨联合化疗治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法选取2017年8月至2018年7月本院收治的100例晚期胰腺癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为参照组与研究组,每组50例。参照组采用吉西他滨治疗,研究组在参照组基础上联合化疗治疗。比较两组治疗效果、生存率及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组3、6、12个月生存率均高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用吉西他滨联合化疗治疗晚期胰腺癌效果显著,可提高患者的生命质量,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of gemcitabine combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods 100 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different treatment plans,they were divided into study group and reference group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with gemcitabine,the study group combined chemotherapy on the basis of the reference group.The treatment effect,survival rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the 3,6,and 12 month survival rates of the study group were higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The use of gemcitabine combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer has significant effect,which can improve the quality of life of patients,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
