依达拉奉注射液治疗病毒性脑炎的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of edaravone injection in the treatment of viral encephalitis

目的探究依达拉奉注射液治疗病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法选取2013年3月至2019年7月本院收治的病毒性脑炎患者48例作为研究对象,以整群随机化方式分为对照组与研究组,每组24例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用依达拉奉注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率为95.83%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为4.17%,明显低于对照组的29.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉注射液治疗病毒性脑炎患者疗效显著,能有效改善患者病情,降低并发症发生率,改善预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of edaravone injection in the treatment of viral encephalitis.Methods 48 patients with viral encephalitis admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with edaravone injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate in the study group was 4.17%,which was significantly lower than 29.17%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone injection is effective in treating patients with viral encephalitis.It can effectively improve the patient's condition,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the prognosis.It is worthy of clinical application.
