积极心理团体辅导对高职生攻击性的干预研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过问卷调查的方式筛选出52名高攻击性倾向的高职生,分别组成为实验组和对照组,对实验组以积极心理团体辅导进行干预,以降低个体攻击性水平,提升心理健康水平。而对照组则不做任何干预。在干预前后,均采用攻击性问卷进行施测,以探究积极心理团体辅导对于降低高职生的攻击性行为的疗效。干预研究结果显示实验后测在AQ总分及攻击性各个维度上的得分显著下降,说明积极心理团体辅导对职业院校大学生攻击性的干预是有效的。
