生殖道GBS感染围生期给予抗感染药物预防性治疗对妊娠结局的影响

Eff ect of prophylactic therapy with anti-infective drugs on pregnancy outcome during perinatal period of genital tract GBS infection

目的探讨生殖道B族链球菌(GBS)感染围生期给予抗感染药物预防性治疗对妊娠结局和新生儿的影响。方法选取90例生殖道GBS感染妊娠患者,采用随机分组表法将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组45例。研究组患者在对照组基础上给予抗生素进行抗感染治疗,对照组患者进行常规产前检查和随访,比较两组患者不良妊娠结局、新生儿不良结局发生情况。结果研究组患者不良妊娠结局发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿不良结局发生率为2.22%,显著低于对照组的15.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生殖道GBS感染围生期给予抗感染药物预防性治疗,可降低不良妊娠结局发生率和新生儿不良结局发生率。

Objective To investigate the eff ect of perinatal antiinfective drug prophylactic therapy on pregnancy outcome and neonatal of reproductive tract group B streptococcus(GBS)infection.Methods 90 pregnant patients with genital tract GBS infection were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine prenatal examination and follow-up,and patients in the research group were given antibiotics for antiinfection treatment on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and neonatal adverse outcomes in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was 6.67%,which was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(22.22%),with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the study group was 2.22%,significantly lower than that in the control group(15.56%),and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Prophylaxis of anti-infective drugs during perinatal period of genital tract GBS infection can reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and neonatal adverse outcomes.
