某款3缸发动机在热试磨合后,缸体机油压力报警器安装孔漏油问题,经确认机油压力报警器安装孔出现裂纹,导致机油流出。经分析原因为机油压力报警器拧紧螺栓为锥螺纹,拧紧末期对螺纹孔进行挤压,径向力达到破坏力矩,安装孔出现裂纹,导致机油泄漏。
