基于正交试验方法的某型燃气轮机台阶篦齿设计

摘要 在某型燃气轮机设计过程中,针对一级透平转子前封严篦齿泄漏量过大使滑油腔封严前温度水平升高的问题,采用了正交试验方法对台阶封严篦齿进行设计。选取了台阶篦齿的5个典型几何参数,通过二维数值模拟对其流动特性开展了分析,获得了各参数对台阶篦齿泄漏量影响程度排序。 In the design process of a gas turbine,in order to solve the problem that the leakage of the front sealing labyrinth of the first stage turbine rotor causes the temperature level of the lubricating oil chamber to rise before sealing,the orthogonal test method is used to design the step sealing labyrinth.Five typical geometric parameters of step labyrinth were selected to analyze its flow characteristics through two-dimensional numerical simulation,and the influence degree of each parameter on the leakage of step labyrinth was obtained.
