复合微生态制剂对三穗鸭生长性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为研究复合微生态制剂对三穗鸭生长性能的影响,试验选取1日龄、健康三穗鸭共180只,随机分为3个组:即对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、试验Ⅰ组(基础日粮+0.1%复合微生态制剂)、试验Ⅱ组(基础日粮+0.15%复合微生态制剂),每组3个重复,每个重复20只鸭子,试验周期120 d。结果显示:试验Ⅰ组和试Ⅱ组体重分别在第5周和第7周显著高于对照组(P<0.05),在第5周试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组体重比对照组分别高111.83、88.58 g(P<0.05),在第7周试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组比对照组分别高231.37、236.59 g(P<0.05),但试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组体重相比差异不显著。从体重增幅来看,对照组整个试验期每周增重差异不显著,而试验Ⅰ组第5周与第4周相比,增幅达185.47 g(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组第5周与第4周相比,增幅达189.62 g(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组第7周与第6周相比,增幅达276.8 g(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组第7周与第6周相比,增幅为83.34 g(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加0.1%和0.15%的复合微生态制剂可以不同程度提高三穗鸭的生长速度。 The experiment was designed to study the impact of different compound probiotics on growth performance,a total of 180 Sansui ducklings of one-day-old were selected and randomly divided into three groups:the control group,groupⅠand groupⅡ.Each group includes 3 replicates and each replicate had 20 ducks.The control group was fed with the basal diet,groupⅠand groupⅡadded 0.1%,0.15%compound probiotics,respectively.The experimental duration was 120 days.Growth index was measured by feeding trials.The results were as follows:The body weight of groupⅠand groupⅡon week 5 and week 7 were significant higher than control group(P<0.05),the body weight of groupⅠon week 5 was inceased by 111.83 g compared with the control group(P<0.05),and groupⅡwas increased by 88.58 g(P<0.05),the body weight of groupⅠon week 7 was increased by 231.37 g compared with control group(P<0.05),and groupⅡwas increased by 236.59 g(P<0.05),but had no significance between groupⅠand groupⅡ.In body weight gain,not significant between weeks in control group(P<0.05).However,the body weight gain in groupⅠand groupⅡon week 5 was increased by 185.47,189.62 g compared with week 4(P<0.05).The body weight gain in groupⅠand groupⅡon week 7 was increased by 276.8,83.34 g compared with week 6(P<0.05).The results indicated that adding different levels of compaound probiotics in diets could improve the the growth rates in Sansui laying duck.
