四川白鹅对苎麻叶营养物质表观消化率研究 被引量:4

摘要 本试验旨在通过研究四川白鹅对苎麻叶的营养物质表观消化率,确定其在四川白鹅日粮中的合理添加量,为优化日粮配方提供理论依据和数据参考。试验随机选取12只四川白鹅[公鹅,18周龄,(3.5±0.25)kg],采用强饲法(全收粪法),每只试验鹅用强饲器强饲40 g风干的苎麻叶粉,并对应收集24 h的全部排泄物,分别测定苎麻叶和排泄物中的营养成分,计算粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、总能、钙、总磷、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率。结果表明:四川白鹅对苎麻叶中粗蛋白质的消化率较低,只有18.93%,对粗脂肪和总磷的表观消化率分别为32.68%和-17.03%。但四川白鹅对苎麻叶中钙和中性洗涤纤维的消化率比较高,分别达到41.53%和61.57%。此外,四川白鹅对苎麻叶氨基酸的消化率,除对其中胱氨酸的消化率较低之外,对其他被测氨基酸的消化率均高于70%。说明苎麻叶可以适当作为鹅的粗饲料补充料。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the nutrient apparent digestibility of ramie leaf in Sichuan,goose determined the reasonable amount of ramie leaves in the diet,in order to provide theoretical basis and data reference for the optimization on the diet formula.A total of 12 adult white geese[male,more than 18 weeks,(3.5±0.25)kg]were collected,and each goose was force-feed by 40 g ramie leaf(dry matter).All excretion(48 h)were collected.The results showed that the digestibility of crude protein in the leaves of Sichuan white goose was only 18.93%,and the apparent digestibility of crude fat and total phosphorus was 32.68%and-17.03%,respectively.But the calcium and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)digestibility was relatively high,reaching 41.53%and 61.57%respectively.In addition,the digestibility of amino acids,except cystine,was higher than 70%for other measured amino acids.The results indicated that ramie leaves could be used as forage supplement for geese.
