饲粮添加亚麻籽饼对育肥羔羊生产性能和肉品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究日粮中添加亚麻籽饼对育肥羔羊生产性能和肉品质的影响,试验分别选择3月龄湖羊公羔和杜湖杂交一代公羔各60只,饲喂亚麻籽饼添加比例为0%、15%、30%的3种饲粮,饲养试验过渡期10 d,预饲期10 d,正试期60 d,测定育肥羔羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质等指标。结果表明:羔羊品种和亚麻籽饼添加水平间交互作用可显著影响羔羊肉黄度(b*值)(P<0.05)。在0~20、41~60 d和0~60 d,杜湖杂种羔羊平均日增重均显著高于纯种湖羊(P<0.05),并且其屠宰率、胴体重和眼肌面积都显著高于湖羊(P<0.05),而湖羊羔羊肉色黄度(b*值)显著高于杜湖杂种(P<0.05)。随着饲粮中亚麻籽饼添加水平提高,各饲养期内羔羊平均日增重有不同程度下降,而且21~40、41~60、0~60 d均有明显的降低趋势(P=0.09;P=0.07;P=0.08)。对照组羔羊眼肌面积显著高于30%亚麻籽饼组(P<0.05),且其羔羊肉黄度(b*值)显著高于15%亚麻籽饼组(P<0.05)。30%亚麻籽饼组失水率、羔羊肉胶黏性和咀嚼性较对照组分别提高13.5%、3.5%和3.6%(P>0.05)。由此可见,杜湖杂种羔羊生长肥育性能优于湖羊,建议生产中亚麻籽饼的适宜添加量为15%。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of supplemented with flaxseed cake on performance and meat quality of fattening lambs.60 male Hu lambs and 60 male Du-Hu crossbred lambs with 3-month-old were selected and fed with three diets of 0%,15%and 30%flaxseed cake,respectively.The performance,carcass and meat quality parameters of lambs were measured in 10 days of transition period.10 days of pre-feeding period and 60 days of normal trial period were included in this trial.The results showed that there was a significant interaction between lamb breed and flaxseed cake(P<0.05).The average daily gain of Du-Hu crossbred lamb at 0~20,41~60 d and 0~60 d was significantly higher than that of Hu sheep(P<0.05),and its carcass weight,carcass rate and eye muscle area were significantly higher than that of Hu sheep(P<0.05),while the meat yellowness(b*)of Hu sheep was significantly higher than that of Du-Hu crossbred lamb(P<0.05).With the increase of flaxseed cake level in the diet,the average daily gain of lambs in each period decreased to certain extent,and it decreased significantly among 21~40,41~60 d and 0~60 d(P=0.09;P=0.07;P=0.08).The eye muscle area of the control group was significantly higher than that of the 30%flaxseed cake group(P<0.05),and the meat yellowness(b*)of the control group was significantly higher than that of the 15%flaxseed cake group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the water loss rate,viscosity and chewiness of lamb meat in 30%flaxseed cake group were increased by 13.5%,3.5%and 3.6%,respectively(P>0.05).It concluded that the growth performance of Du-Hu crossbred lambs is better than that of Hu sheep.It is suggested that the suitable addition of flaxseed cake in the production was 15%.
