在新冠疫情发生后,"无接触配送"模式应运而生,随着疫情的发展也受到了越来越多的关注,"无接触配送"模式作为一种新型的末端物流配送模式展现了远大的前景。面对当下社区"最后一百米"、物流人工成本较高等相关的问题,"无接触配送"模式体现了它的优越性,对解决上述问题具有良好的启示意义。文中基于智慧物流,着眼于物流无人配送机器人,结合当下前沿信息科技,对如何实现"无接触配送"模式创新展开探索和研究,并进行了相关的可行性分析,为方案的实施提供理论依据。
