摘要
该项目主要针对"蓝店"企业在快递配送末端所存在的痛点问题,为末端的便利店工作人员以及取件用户设计出一款软件系统,在一定程度上有效解决该问题。利用有源声光标签在视觉和听觉方面的提示作用将快递与标签绑定是该系统的创新所在,不同的使用者利用手机移动端进行不同的操作:便利店的工作人员对新到店快递单号以及声光标签ID信息进行录入和绑定;取件用户进行快件的查看以及取件操作,相应的标签会进行视觉和听觉的提示,这样便可以在有限的快递堆放空间内,达到降低人力资源投入,简化顾客取件流程的目的。
This project mainly aims at the pain point of"blue shop"in the terminal of express distribution,and then designs a software system for staff in the convenience store and recipients at the end,which can effectively solve the problem to a certain extent.The innovation of the system is to use the active audio-visual label to bind the express delivery and label.Different users use the mobile terminal to carry out different operations:the staff of the convenience store input and bind the new express bill number and the audio-visual label ID information;the pickup user can view and retrieve the express,and the corresponding label with visual and auditory prompts,the signing meeting can reduce the investment of human resources and simplify the collection process of customers in the limited Express stacking space.
