1+X证书制度试点的高职物流管理专业实训室建设探讨

Building of the Training Room for Logistics Management in Higher Vocational Colleges with Pilot 1+X Certificate System

1+X证书制度是新时代职业教育制度设计的创新,实践教学作为高职院校人才培养的重要环节,实训室建设的优劣决定了物流管理1+X证书制度的实施成效。文中从1+X证书制度试点及职业技能培训的需要两个方面阐述了高职院校物流管理专业实训室建设的意义,梳理了物流管理专业实训室建设规范与标准,并提出实训室建设对策。

1+X certificate system is an innovation in design of the system of vocational education in the new era.Practice teaching is an integral part of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.The quality of the training room built decides the effect of implementation of the 1+X certificate system for logistics management majors.In this paper,the significance of building the training room for logistics management in higher vocational colleges is explained from two perspectives,i.e.the pilot 1+X certificate system and requirements of vocational training.On such a basis,the codes and standards for building of the training room for logistics management are summarized,and the corresponding measures proposed.
