摘要
近年来国家快速发展的半导体产业,对高校高新技术人才培养提出了更高的要求。通过分析目前微电子教学模式中存在的主要问题,结合产学研融合的教育理念,有针对性地提出“紧随时代,负芯前行”的前沿下沉式实验教学模式,在实验体系、教学内容和实训平台等多个方面展开改革探索,依据产学研融合的教育理念,使人才发展、研究创新与产业前沿高效融合、协同发展。改革后的教学模式显著拓宽了学生的认知领域,提升了学生的综合能力。
The rapid development of semiconductor industry has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of high-tech talents.By analyzing the main problems existing in the current microelectronics teaching model,and combined with the educational concept of industry-education-research integration,this paper puts forward the frontier and immersive experimental teaching model of“following the times,moving forward with the development of chip”,that puts the frontier content into teaching,and carries out reform and exploration in many aspects such as the experimental system,the teaching content and the practice training platform.With the educational concept of industry-education-research integration,we try to realize the efficient integration and coordinated development of talent development,research and innovation and industrial frontier.The reformed teaching model has significantly broadened the cognitive field of students and greatly improved their comprehensive ability.
