疫情防控下高校党建网格化管理探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the“Grid”Management of Party Building in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Pandemic Prevention and Control

云南林业职业技术学院党委在新冠肺炎疫情防控时期,实施多部门合作防疫管理体系,利用网格化管理理念,以师生的身体健康和生命安全为出发点,制订疫情防控实施方案,系统化落实各项措施,用信息化手段进行各部门及师生之间的有效沟通,用数据化反馈结果促进成效改进。半年多的实践证明,多部门网格化管理策略是学校应对新冠肺炎疫情防控管理的有效手段之一,同时指出,在实施过程中网格化管理也要因地制宜。

During the period of COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control,the Party Committee of Yunnan Forestry Technical College implements the multi-department cooperative pandemic prevention management system,uses“grid”management concept,and takes the health and life safety of teachers and students as the starting point to formulate the pandemic prevention and control implementation plan and systematically implement the plan with various measures.It uses information means to keep effective communication between various departments and teachers and students,and promotes the working effect with data feedback results.More than half a year’s practice has proved that the multi-department“grid”management strategy is one of the effective measures for the COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control management.At the same time it points out that in the process of implementation,“grid”management should also be taken according to specific conditions.
