“赛、教、学”模式对智慧物流人才培育的影响——以长沙学院物流管理专业为例

Research on the Influence of"Competition,Teaching and Learning"Mode on the Cultivation of Intelligent Logistics Talents--Taking Logistics Management Major of Changsha University as an Example

高校为响应培养智慧物流人才的时代之责,纷纷探索新的人才培养模式,其中,长沙学院就将“赛、教、学”模式引入智慧物流人才培育中。通过运用网络爬虫、语义网络、问卷调查等方法挖掘智慧物流人才的需求特征,分析长沙学院运用“赛、教、学”模式培养智慧物流人才的导向过程和效果,对智慧物流人才的培养提出了建议:首先,建立学科竞赛培育团队,鼓励学生积极参与;其次,优化教师激励考核机制,提升教学质量和水平;最后,完善相关基础设施,为学生提供良好的自学环境。

In response to the responsibility of cultivating intelligent logistics talents,colleges and universities have been exploring new talent cultivation modes.This paper introduces the mode of"competition,teaching and learning"into the cultivation of intelligent logistics talents in colleges and universities.Based on web crawler,semantic network and the questionnaire survey,the paper explores the demand characteristics of logistics talents,analyzes the cultivation process and effect of intelligent logistics talent with the introduction of"competition,teaching and learning"mode in Changsha University,and suggests that a discipline competition training team should first be established to encourage students to actively participate in.Then,it is necessary to optimize the teacher incentive and assessment mechanism and improve the teaching quality level.Finally,the relevant infrastructure should be further improved to provide students with a good self-study environment.
