辨证护理联合细节护理在手术室护理中的应用

Application of syndrome differentiation nursing combined with detailed nursing in operating room nursing

目的:分析辨证护理联合细节护理在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法:从2018年6月-2019年10月在济宁市中医院行择期手术治疗的患者中选取100例,根据护理方法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组实施常规手术室护理,观察组则给予辨证护理联合细节护理。结果:两组患者护理前的焦虑、抑郁情绪程度差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);但在护理实施后,观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪程度,都比对照组更轻(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后的各项恢复指标,都比对照组更佳(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室护理中应用辨证护理联合细节护理干预,可有效改善患者的身心应激反应程度,从而改善患者的术后康复效果。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of syndrome differentiation nursing combined with detailed nursing in operating room nursing.Methods:From June 2018 to October 2019,100 surgery patients from Shandong Jining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine operation room nursing,while the observation group received syndrome differentiation nursing combined with detailed nursing.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the degree of anxiety and depression before nursing(P>0.05),but after nursing,the degree of anxiety and depression in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of syndrome differentiation nursing combined with detailed nursing intervention in operating room nursing can effectively relieve the degree of physical and mental stress response of patients,so as to improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients.
