改良竹药罐法在阳虚质胃食管反流病患者的护理效果观察

Observation of nursing effect of the modified bamboo medicine tank on patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease of Yang deficiency

目的:观察改良竹药罐法在阳虚质胃食管反流病患者烫伤发生率、护理满意度与依从性等护理效果。方法:选择2019年1月-2019年12月广西中医药大学第一附属医院脾胃病科阳虚质胃食管反流病患者200例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各100例,观察组予改良竹药罐法治疗,对照组患者给予传统竹药罐治疗。结果:两组患者烫伤发生率的比较,对照组18%(18/100)、观察组2%(2/100);两组患者满意度与依从性比较,对照组77%(77/100)、观察组97%(97/100),两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良竹药罐法在阳虚质胃食管反流病中明显降低患者烫伤的发生率及提高患者护理满意度与依从性。该方法操作简、便、廉,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of the modified bamboo medicine tank on the incidence of scald,nursing satisfaction and compliance in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease of Yang deficiency.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,200 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease of Yang deficiency in the department of spleen and stomach diseases,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.The patients was divided into the observation group and the control group by using random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the modified bamboo medicine tank.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional bamboo medicine pot.Results:The incidence of scald was 18%(18/100)in the control group and 2%(2/100)in the observation group,and the satisfaction and compliance were 77%(77/100)in the control group and 97%(97/100)in the observation group respectively,which was with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:the modified bamboo medicine tank can significantly reduce the incidence of scald and improve the patients'satisfaction and compliance in treating patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease of Yang deficiency.This method is simple,convenient and inexpensive,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
