半夏厚朴汤与埃索美拉唑同用对反流性食管炎的影响观察

Effect of Banxia Houpu decoction and esomeprazole on reflux esophagitis

目的:探索半夏厚朴汤联合埃索美拉唑对反流性食管炎患者临床症状和疗效的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将广州市中医医院收治的106例反流性食管炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,各53例,对照组给予奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,治疗组给予半夏厚朴汤与埃索美拉唑肠溶片联合治疗,对比两组临床症状积分和临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者临床症状积分均较治疗前显著降低(均P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗组总有效率(90.57%,48/53)显著高于对照组(73.58%,39/53)(均P<0.05)。结论:将半夏厚朴汤与埃索美拉唑联合治疗反流性食管炎,可显著改善患者临床症状、提高临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the effect of Banxia Houpu decoction(半夏厚朴汤)combined with esomeprazole on the clinical symptoms and efficacy of patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods:106 patients with reflux esophagitis were divided into the control group(53 cases)and the treatment group(53 cases)according to the method of random number table.The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric coated capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Banxia Houpu decoction combined with esomeprazole.The clinical symptom score and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and that of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The effective rate on the treatment group(90.57%,48/53)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.58%,39/53),both P<0.05.Conclusion:Banxia Houpu decoction combined with esomeprazole can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the efficacy of patients with reflux esophagitis.
