运用头皮针从神论治抑郁症学术探讨

Academic discussion on the treatment of depression from spirit by using scalp needles

目前抑郁症已经是一种精神类的疾病,被社会广泛关注,中医在治疗抑郁症上方法独特,特别是运用头皮针从神论治抑郁症更得到广泛认可。笔者根据根据“神不足则悲”“脑为元神之府”“凡刺之真,必先治神”“头为诸阳之会”“督脉入髓络脑”等理论,总结出治疗抑郁症需要经过“神-脑-情志-郁证-神”的循环过程,而这一过程需要头皮针刺激头部的特定穴位,调节中枢神经递质、改善神经内分泌,从而改善患者症状,提高疗效。

At present,depression has been a kind of mental disease,which has been widely concerned by the society.Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique method in the treatment of depression,especially the use of scalp acupuncture to treat depression based on the theory of spirit has been widely recognized.According to the theory of"One will be sorrow if he lacks spirit","The brain is the spirit's house","Acupuncture starts from establishing spirit"and the theory of"treating the spirit first","The head is the convention spot of all Yang"and"The governor vessel enters the medullary collaterals brain",it is concluded that the treatment of depression syndrome needs to go through the circulation process of"spirit-brain-emotion-depression syndrome-spirit",which requires scalp acupuncture to stimulate the specific acupoints of the head,regulate the central neurotransmitter and improve the neuroendocrine,so as to improve the therapeutic effect of depression syndrome.
