参松养心胶囊治疗心力衰竭并室性心律失常的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of Shensong Yangxin capsule in the treatment of heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia

目的:研究参松养心胶囊治疗心力衰竭并室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将入选的72例心力衰竭并室性心律失常患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组36例。两组患者均给予氧疗、强心利尿、减轻心肌耗氧量等基础治疗,对照组应用酒石酸美托洛尔,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用参松养心胶囊。观察分析两组患者的心率、PR间期、复律时间和左心室收缩末期内径(Left Ventricular End Systolic Diameter,LVESD)和左心室舒张末期内径(Left Ventricular End Diastolic Diameter,LVEDD)及血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体(N Terminal Pro B Type Natriuretic Peptide,NT-proBNP)水平。结果:治疗后两组患者的心率、PR间期和复律时间较治疗前下降,观察组较对照组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组LVESD、LVEDD和NT-proBNP较治疗前改善,观察组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用参松养心胶囊辅助治疗心力衰竭并室性心律失常有着较好的临床疗效。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Shensong Yangxin capsule(参松养心胶囊)in the treatment of heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods:Seventy two patients with heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given oxygen therapy,cardiac diuresis,reduce myocardial oxygen consumption and other basic treatment,the control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate,the treatment group was treated with Shensong Yangxin capsule on the basis of the control group.Heart rate,PR interval,cardioversion time,left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and serum N terminal pro B type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)levels were observed and analyzed.Results:After treatment,the heart rate,PR interval and cardioversion time of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the LVESD,LVEDD and NT-proBNP of the two groups improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shensongyangxin capsule has good clinical effect in the treatment of heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia.
