摘要
“双师型”教师队伍建设的关键是构建有效满足教师需求的激励机制。文章以邢台职业技术学院专业教师为调研对象,以需求层次理论为基础,分析教师开展“双师”工作的生理需求、安全需求、社交需求、尊重需求和自我实现需求。提出相应的激励对策,构建包括物质激励、制度激励、事业激励和精神激励的多维度“双师型”教师队伍激励机制。
The key to the construction of the"double-qualified"teacher team is to build an incentive mechanism that effectively meets the needs of teachers.Based on the hierarchy of needs theory,this paper takes the professional teachers of Xingtai Polytechnic College as the research object to analyze the physiological needs,safety needs,social needs,respect needs and self-actualization needs of teachers in carrying out"dual-qualified"teacher work.The paper puts forward the corresponding incentive countermeasures,and constructs the multi-dimensional"dual-qualified"teacher incentive mechanism including material incentive,system incentive,career incentive and spiritual incentive.
