产业结构调整对大学生就业影响分析

On the Influence of the Industrial Structure Adjustment on the Employment of College Students

产业结构升级已成为经济发展的必然趋势,经济增长无疑会导致对高素质创新型和技术型人才的需求规模发生变动。文章根据2009年至2018年31个省份的面板数据,构建就业弹性回归模型,探讨了产业结构调整对大学生就业的影响及其空间差异。研究发现:现阶段的产业结构升级对大学生就业的积极效应小于负面效应;第二产业升级和第三产业升级对大学生就业的影响程度存在着显著差别,而且这些差别具有一定的地域特征;产业结构升级对大学生就业的影响受技术进步的制约。并针对这些问题提出相关的建议。

The upgrading of industrial structure has become an inevitable trend of economic development,which will undoubtedly lead to changes in the scale of demand for high-quality innovative and technical talents in the economic growth.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces from 2009 to 2018,this paper constructs an employment elastic regression model to explore the impact of industrial structure adjustment on college students'employment and its spatial differences.The results show that the positive effect of industrial structure upgrading on college students'employment is less than its negative effect.There are significant differences in the degree of impact of the upgrading of the secondary industry and the tertiary industry on the employment of college students,and these differences have certain regional characteristics.The influence of industrial structure upgrading on college students'employment is restricted by technological progress.Some suggestions are put forward to solve these problems.
